A complete notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL(s) of the material you believe infringes; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
We remove or disable access to the identified material expeditiously and notify the uploader when there is one. Photographers get a copy of the notice and may send a counter-notification containing: identification of the removed material and its prior URL; a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; their name, address, and phone number; consent to the jurisdiction of their federal district court (or any judicial district in which we may be found, for addresses outside the United States); and their signature. Unless the complaining party files a court action, counter-noticed material is restored in 10–14 business days.
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are terminated.
